Recent Strategic Partnerships & Investments

L Catterton Investment (December 2025): The global consumer-focused private equity firm, backed by the French luxury group LVMH, acquired a minority stake in Haldirams in December 2025. This partnership is led by Sanjiv Mehta, the former CEO of Hindustan Unilever, and aims to drive the brands international growth and product innovation.

Consortium Investment: Earlier in 2025, a consortium including Singapores Temasek, the UAE’s International Holding Company (IHC), and Alpha Wave Global acquired a combined stake of more than 10%, valuing the company at approximately $10 billion.

Expansion Plans: Haldirams is exploring a partnership with Inspire Brands to potentially bring the American sandwich chain Jimmy John’s to the Indian market.
