दोस्तो,जापानी सुजुकी मोटर कॉरपोरेशन के चेयरमैन और सीईओ तोशीहिरो सुजुकी ने शुक्रवार को बनासकांठा के बनास डेयरी स्थित बायो सीएनजी प्लांट का दौरा किया।

 पिछले साल, जापान की सुजुकी और बनास डेयरी ने एनडीडीबी (राष्ट्रीय डेयरी विकास बोर्ड) के सहयोग से एक त्रिपक्षीय समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर किया था और 5 नए बायो-सीएनजी संयंत्र शुरू किए थे।

तोशीहिरो सुजुकी ने कहा, भारत के साथ हमारे संबंध बहुत पुराने हैं। मारुति सुजूकी भारत की सबसे बड़ी कार निर्माता कंपनी है। हम निकट भविष्य में वाहनों में ईंधन के रूप में बायो-सीएनजी का उपयोग चाहते हैं ताकि यह पर्यावरण को प्रभावित न करे। 

बनास डेयरी के चेयरमैन शंकर चौधरी ने कहा, 'पांच साल पहले बनास डेयरी ने बायो-सीएनजी प्लांट शुरू किया था। तब हमारे पास पहले कोई शोध नहीं था, लेकिन पीएम मोदी ने हमसे वादा किया था कि गोबर, गोबर नहीं बल्कि गोबर धन है, यह अपशिष्ठ पदार्थ नहीं बल्कि धन है। बनास डेयरी ने उन शब्दों पर अमला किया|

Collaborative efforts to establish biogas plants

The event marked the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Suzuki Research & Development in India (SRDI), Toyohashi University of Technology scientists, and Banas Dairy. This partnership aims to establish five biogas plants in the Tharad region of North Gujarat. These plants will support rural mobility and employment through a lease model that provides biogas CNG-powered Maruti Suzuki Eeco minivans to villages, enhancing green and clean energy use.
